At A/PREPPD, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and what you can expect when ordering from us.
2. Shipping Coverage
United States Only
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including:
- All residential addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.
3. FREE Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to anywhere in the United States. No minimum purchase required!
4. Processing Time
Order Processing: 3-5 Business Days
Once you place your order:
- Processing begins within 1 business day
- Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days
- Processing occurs Monday through Friday, including weekends and most holidays
What is "Processing Time"? This is the time it takes us to:
- Verify your order and payment
- Pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment
- Hand off your package to our shipping carrier
Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. However, we often process orders on weekends and holidays to get your items to you faster.
5. Shipping Time
Delivery: 7-12 Business Days After Shipment
After your order ships:
- Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days to your address
- Total time from order to delivery: Approximately 10-17 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on:
- Your location within the United States
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Holidays and peak seasons
6. Order Tracking
Track Your Order
Every order includes free tracking!
How to Track:
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email
- This email contains your unique tracking number
- Click the tracking link or copy the number into the carrier's tracking system
- Track your package in real-time from our warehouse to your door
Tracking Updates:
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after shipment
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the shipping confirmation email
- Contact us if you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order
7. Shipping Method
We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- Other reliable logistics partners
The specific carrier will be indicated on your tracking information.
We do not currently offer expedited or rush shipping options.
8. Order Changes and Address Updates
Before Shipment (During Processing)
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order:

- Include your order number
- We'll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn't shipped yet
After Shipment
Once your order has shipped:
- We cannot change the shipping address
- We cannot cancel or recall the shipment
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to see if they can redirect your package
- You may need to refuse delivery and follow our return process
Important: Always double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Delivery Issues
Package Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

Check these locations:
- Front porch, back door, side entrance
- With neighbors who may have accepted delivery
- Mailroom or building office (for apartments/condos)
- Garage or secure locations used by the carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours: Sometimes packages are marked "Delivered" before actual delivery
- Contact the carrier: Use your tracking number to contact the shipping carrier directly
- Contact us: If you still can't locate your package after 48 hours, email us at [Your Email Address]
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are responsible for lost packages. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen:
- Contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number
- Provide your tracking information
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier
- Once confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you
However, we are NOT responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses you provided
- Packages marked as "Delivered" that you cannot locate (see "Package Not Received" above)
- Theft after confirmed delivery to the correct address
Security Recommendations:
- Ship to a secure location where packages can be safely received
- Consider requiring a signature for delivery (contact the carrier)
- Use a work address if home delivery is not secure
- Ask neighbors or building management to hold packages
Delayed Packages
Shipping delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Incorrect address information
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact us at [Your Email Address] if your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of ordering
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

- The outside of the package showing damage
- The contents and any damaged items
- The shipping label

- Attach the photos
- Describe the damage

We will:
- Send a replacement at no charge, OR
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Do not discard the damaged items or packaging until we've resolved your claim.
11. Customs and Duties (If Applicable)
While we ship from our fulfillment center to addresses within the United States, packages may occasionally go through customs processing.
You are responsible for:
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes (though these are rare for domestic US shipments)
- Providing accurate delivery information
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs
- Packages held or returned by customs due to incomplete/incorrect information you provided
12. Holidays and Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons:
- Processing times may be slightly longer (up to 7 business days)
- Shipping carriers may experience delays
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
We will notify customers of any extended processing times during these periods.
13. Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items:
- All items will be shipped together in one package when possible
- If items are not available at the same time, we may split shipments
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments
14. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
- Include apartment/unit numbers
- Use correct ZIP codes
- Verify street names and numbers
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by you
- Additional shipping costs to re-send orders to corrected addresses
- Packages returned to us due to incomplete addresses (you may be charged for re-shipment)
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- Contact us to arrange re-shipment
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs
15. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your package:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We will deduct the return shipping fee from any refund
- The item must meet our return policy requirements for a refund
