At A/PREPPD, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Undamaged: Item must be in perfect, undamaged condition
- Unused: Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original Condition: Item must have all original tags attached
- Original Packaging: Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us First
You must contact us before sending any returns. Do not ship items back without authorization.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

- Give you return shipping instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
- Ship to the return address provided
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Important: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please keep your tracking information.
4. Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements
- If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
What's Refunded
- Product Cost: Full refund of the item price
- Original Shipping: NOT refunded
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return your original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include your order number and photos of the damage/defect
- Describe the issue in detail
We Will:
- Provide a prepaid return label (at our expense)
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs, OR
- Send you a replacement item at no charge
Note: This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier services like "Signature Required"
If your tracking shows the package was not delivered, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
8. Cancellations
Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order before it ships:

After Shipment
Once your order has shipped:
- You cannot cancel the order
- You must wait to receive it and follow our return process if needed
9. Restocking Fees

- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We will deduct the return shipping fee from your refund

- Show patterns of excessive returns
- Return items that don't meet our eligibility requirements
12. International Orders
We currently only ship to the United States. If this changes:
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties on returns
- Refunds will not include international shipping costs
